Emanuel is an architect. When his boss tells him to oversee the demolition of a building he becomes curious. The house is still inhabited by Carmen a crazy lady who has no intention to leave her home. Emanuel is more and more drawn to the idyllic place and this much older woman until he moves in and starts to look for a possibility to save the building.
